Please ensure that:
- Your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
- You carefully review your order details (length, texture, quantity, etc.) prior to purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@the627collection.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear, unaltered photos of the item
- A brief, detailed description of the issue
Chargeback & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase with The 627 Collection, you agree to our All Sales Are Final policy.
We maintain detailed records of:
- Order confirmations
- Payment authorization
- Shipping confirmation
- Delivery tracking information
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid, delivered order that follows our stated policy will be considered fraudulent activity.
If a chargeback is initiated:
- We reserve the right to dispute the claim with documented evidence.
- You will be permanently banned from future purchases.
- Any outstanding balances or fees incurred may be sent to collections or pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
